Julian Ochieng Omanje is a 22 years old student at KCA University – Kisumu Campus pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Procurement and Logistics. Julian is a second last born in a family of ten and hails from Kisumu County. Coming from a religious family, Julian is a Catholic church member. Julian has been an active member of the KAACR Child Right Club since 2010 when he was in Kosawo Primary School in Kisumu. When he was at St. Ignatius Loyola secondary school Magadi in 2016, he was elected Chairperson of the Child Rights Club.
